Common questions answered
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style. The development scope, sample requirements and commercial terms are confirmed against your specific brief.
How long do samples and production usually take?
Sample development typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on the number of samples. Bulk production typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on order quantity after sample approval.
How does payment work?
Our standard terms are T/T bank transfer: 30% deposit to confirm the order and 70% balance before shipment.
What should I share for a development or sample review?
Share the product category, reference images or technical pack, expected quantity, material direction, size range and target delivery window. We will review the brief and confirm the next development step.
Can virtual development replace a physical sample?
Virtual development can support visual review of a design direction. Physical samples remain important when final fit, material behaviour, workmanship or construction decisions need confirmation.
How are fabric and certification details confirmed?
DONGFAN holds BSCI, Sedex and OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 credentials. We do not hold ISO or a general environmental-fabric certificate, but can source fabrics carrying the environmental certifications requested for your brief and review supplier-issued documentation against the selected material.
